Does Motodrift ship across India?

Yes. Motodrift ships PAN India through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post and Maruthi Courier. If your pincode isn't serviceable, contact us at +91 88673 44145 or support@motodrift.co.in and we'll arrange an alternative.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

In-stock orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. Delivery time then depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You'll get tracking details by email or SMS once your order ships.

How do I track my order?

After dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation with a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to follow your shipment in real time. For any delivery issue, email support@motodrift.co.in and we'll coordinate with the courier.

Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order on Motodrift?

A pre-order is a product not currently in stock that we specially procure from the brand or distributor once you confirm your order. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page and require full payment upfront.

How long do pre-orders take to arrive?

Estimated procurement is 2–4 weeks for Indian brands and 4–8 weeks for international brands, after which we dispatch within 2–5 business days. These are estimates and can extend due to supplier, customs or logistics delays.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order and only if procurement hasn't started. Once confirmed with the supplier, pre-orders cannot be cancelled.

Where are Motodrift's physical stores?

We have two stores in Bengaluru — HSR Layout (#1677, 22nd Cross, 27th Main, Sector 2) and Indiranagar (#620, 2nd Main Road, Binnamangala). Both are open Monday–Sunday, 10:30 am to 8:30 pm.
