PRE-ORDER POLICY

This Pre-Order Policy governs all pre-order purchases made on www.motodrift.co (“Motodrift”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing a pre-order, you expressly agree to this policy.
1. Definition of Pre-Order
A pre-order refers to any product that is not currently in stock and must be specially procured from the manufacturer, brand, or authorized distributor after the customer places and confirms the order.
Pre-order products are clearly identified on the product page.
All pre-orders are considered special procurement orders.

3. Procurement Timelines (Estimated, Not Guaranteed)
Procurement timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.

4. No Cancellation After Procurement Begins
Pre-orders are placed specifically for the customer and therefore:

Cancellation requests are accepted only within 24 hours of order placement, and only if procurement has not started.

Once the order has been confirmed with the supplier, distributor, or manufacturer, cancellation is strictly not permitted.

If cancellation is approved, payment gateway fees, transaction charges, currency conversion charges, and administrative costs will be deducted.
Motodrift reserves sole discretion in approving or rejecting cancellation requests.
5. No Refund for Procurement Delays
Customers acknowledge that procurement timelines are estimates.
Refunds will not be issued due to:

Logistics delays beyond Motodrift’s control
Refunds will only be issued if:

6. Dispatch and Delivery
Once the product is received at our warehouse, Motodrift will dispatch the product within 2–5 business days.
Delivery timelines after dispatch are subject to courier partner performance and are not guaranteed.
Motodrift is not liable for courier delays.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Non-Returnable Clause
Pre-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the following cases:

All such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photo/video evidence.
Motodrift reserves the right to inspect and verify claims before approving replacement.

If the supplier discontinues or cannot fulfill the product, Motodrift may, at its sole discretion:

9. Customer Acknowledgement and Consent
