Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing order cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made on www.motodrift.co.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting us at support@motodrift.co.in within 2 business working days from the time of purchase (business days exclude weekends and public holidays).
We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests; however, cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
Motodrift reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice in the event the product is unavailable or out of stock.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations or approved returns and are subject to the following conditions:
- The cancellation request is raised within the specified timeframe.
- The product is returned unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
3. Refund Process
Upon approval of a cancellation or return request, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account after approval (timelines may vary depending on the payment provider).
4. Non-Refundable Items & Special Conditions
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage
- Clearance or sale items
- Products not returned in the same condition as received
- Items missing original tags, labels, packaging, or accessories
Additional Terms:
- Returns are accepted if a damaged product is received.
- For sizing issues with riding gear, only size exchange is permitted on new and unused products. Refunds are not applicable. (Size exchange is not applicable on Clearance Sale products.)
- If the customer opts for a refund instead of a replacement, a 5% deduction will be applied to the refund amount. (Not applicable on Clearance Sale products.)
- Forward shipping charges are subject to deduction from the refund amount.
- For discounted items (excluding Clearance Sale), only size exchanges are allowed. Refunds are not applicable. If the preferred size is unavailable, customers may select an alternative product of equivalent value.
5. Return Shipping
For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@motodrift.co.in within 7 business days of receiving the item.
Our support team will guide you through the return process and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
7. Policy Updates
Motodrift reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
