The KTM Adventure 390 Gen 3 Saddlebag Rack is designed specifically for the KTM Adventure 390 Gen 3 (2025), providing a strong and stable mounting structure for compatible saddlebag luggage. The rack combines CNC-bent tubing, laser-cut components and high-precision welding to create a durable setup suited to touring, adventure riding and rough terrain.

Designed to mount directly onto the motorcycle's subframe, the rack helps distribute luggage loads effectively while maintaining stability during riding. Its compact ergonomic structure features rounded edges to help minimise unnecessary contact with saddlebag material, while optimised clearance helps keep compatible luggage safely positioned away from the exhaust and rear tyre.

The rack is constructed from high-grade mild steel using thick-walled CRC pipes and laser-cut components for strength and impact resistance. A high-strength polymer layer helps absorb vibrations and reduce stress around mounting points, while the matte black powder-coated finish provides corrosion resistance for long-term use.

Installation is designed to be straightforward, with the required fasteners, spacers and washers supplied with the rack. Laser-cut mounting slots allow minor alignment adjustments to accommodate welding variations on the motorcycle.

Important: This rack is not compatible with the OEM pillion grab handles, which must be removed before installation.

• Designed for the KTM Adventure 390 Gen 3 (2025>).
• Not compatible with OEM pillion grab handles.
• OEM pillion grab handles must be removed before installing the rack.
• Laser-cut slots provide adjustment for proper alignment.
• Installation instructions are provided through the mounting video or printed installation guide supplied with the product.
• Ensure the Allen key is fully inserted into the fastener slot before tightening or loosening.
• Apply force perpendicular to the fastener axis to minimise tool slippage and fastener damage.

Care & Maintenance

• Unbrako fasteners supplied with a black oxidised finish should be coated with a thin layer of oil, especially after washing.
• WD-40 can be used as an alternative to oil to help prevent rust formation on the fasteners.
• Periodically inspect the mounting hardware and fasteners, particularly after extended rides or rough-terrain use.
