LS2 Breakout Jacket

LS2 Breakout Jacket is a 3-layer adventure touring motorcycle jacket designed for year-round riding in changing weather conditions. It combines a durable stretch outer shell, removable thermal insulation, a detachable LS2 Sheltex® Plus waterproof membrane, ventilation features and CE-certified protection for touring and everyday motorcycle use. 

The jacket uses 6 mm Dural Ripstop, Tribond 4-way stretch fabric and Dobby Air 3D mesh to provide abrasion resistance, flexibility and airflow. Its detachable waterproof membrane can be worn either inside or over the jacket, while the removable thermal liner provides additional warmth when riding in colder conditions. The waterproof rating is 15,000 mm H₂O with breathability rated at 12,000 g/m²/24hrs.

For rider protection, the LS2 Breakout Jacket is Class AA certified to EN17092-3:2020 and includes removable CE Level 2 shoulder and elbow protectors certified to EN1621-1:2012. The elbow protectors offer two adjustment positions, while compatibility with LS2 CE chest and Level 2 back protectors allows additional protection to be added separately.

The jacket also features adjustable fit points, reflective strips, waterproof storage pockets, a MOLLE attachment system, hydration compatibility and a YKK jacket-to-pants connection.
