LS2 Helmets India Riding Gear Warranty Policy

LS2 Helmets India offers a one-year limited warranty on riding gear, valid from the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to jackets and pants and covers manufacturing defects such as faulty Velcro fastenings, zippers, and factory stitching.

Please note the following conditions and exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or maintenance.
  • Fading of color due to regular use or exposure to sunlight particularly in high-visibility or bright-colored gear is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered.

Issues caused by environmental exposure, such as rusting, fungal growth, or sun damage, are excluded from coverage.

LS2 does not accept liability for any secondary or consequential damages, including loss or damage to personal property associated with the use of the product.
