Red Rooster CB350 H’ness Header Pipe

The Red Rooster Performance Header Pipe / Bend Pipe for Honda CB350 H’ness is a performance-focused exhaust upgrade designed specifically for the Honda CB350 H’ness. Manufactured from SS304 Grade Stainless Steel, it is engineered to optimize exhaust flow, improve throttle response, and provide a smoother and more engaging riding experience.

The header pipe is designed to work with both the Red Rooster Performance Pegasus H’ness Exhaust and the stock Honda CB350 exhaust. It supports both single and dual O2 sensor configurations and uses a bolt-on design that fits the existing setup without major modifications. The product is available in Polish finish , allowing the different finishes to be managed as Shopify variants.

The manufacturer states that the header pipe can provide up to a 5% improvement in engine performance and is engineered and manufactured in India.

Installation

The header pipe is designed for easy bolt-on installation and fits directly onto the existing setup without major changes. Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct alignment, exhaust sealing, O2 sensor positioning, and proper tightening of the mounting hardware.

Important Note

Because the header pipe is exposed to high exhaust temperatures, the stainless-steel surface can naturally develop golden-brown, blue, or dark-black heat marks over time. Red Rooster Performance identifies this as a normal characteristic of stainless steel and not an indication of rust or a manufacturing defect.

Care Instructions

• Allow the exhaust system to cool completely before cleaning.
• Use a suitable motorcycle exhaust or stainless-steel cleaner.
• Clean with a soft, non-abrasive microfiber cloth.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning materials.
• Avoid aggressive polishing products on Matte and Black finishes.
• Periodically inspect mounting points and fasteners.
• Never handle or clean the header while it is hot.
