Red Rooster CB350 RS Header Pipe Black

The Red Rooster Performance Header Pipe / Bend Pipe for Honda CB350 RS – Black is a performance-focused exhaust upgrade developed specifically for the Honda CB350 RS. Constructed from SS304-grade stainless steel, it is designed to optimize exhaust-gas flow while offering excellent resistance to heat, corrosion, and everyday riding conditions.

The precision-engineered header pipe is designed for bolt-on installation and can be used with both the stock Honda CB350 RS exhaust and the Red Rooster Performance Pegasus RS Exhaust. It also supports CB350 RS configurations with either single or dual O2 sensors.

The Black finish gives the header pipe a clean and understated appearance while maintaining a durable construction suitable for regular road and performance riding.

There is currently only one colour variant: Black.

Installation

The header pipe is designed for bolt-on installation with the Honda CB350 RS exhaust system. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper alignment, exhaust sealing, O2 sensor positioning, and correct tightening of all mounting hardware.

Important Note

Due to repeated exposure to high exhaust temperatures, stainless-steel header pipes can naturally develop golden, blue, brown, or darker heat coloration during use. This is a normal effect of heat exposure and does not necessarily indicate rust or a manufacturing defect.

Care Instructions

• Allow the exhaust system to cool completely before cleaning.
• Clean using a suitable motorcycle exhaust or stainless-steel cleaner.
• Use a soft, non-abrasive microfiber cloth.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning materials.
• Avoid aggressive polishing products that may affect the Black finish.
• Inspect mounting points and fasteners periodically.
• Never attempt to clean or handle the header while it is hot.
