Installation

The Vertex Header Pipes are designed for easy bolt-on installation and fit directly onto the existing setup without major modifications. Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct alignment, exhaust sealing, and proper tightening of mounting hardware.

Important Note

A golden-yellow tint followed by darker blue coloration can naturally develop on the header pipe because of prolonged exposure to high engine and exhaust temperatures. Red Rooster Performance states that this heat discoloration is normal and does not affect the product's performance or quality.

Care Instructions

• Allow the exhaust system to cool completely before cleaning.
• Use a suitable motorcycle exhaust or stainless-steel cleaner.
• Clean the surface with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials.
• Do not use aggressive polishing compounds on the Matte finish.
• Periodically inspect mounting points and fasteners.
• Heat discoloration is normal and may occur during regular use.
