Maintenance Guidelines

• Lubrication: Use ROLON Chain Lube every 500 km (Seal Ring Chain) or 1000 km (Standard Chain)

• Cleaning: Use ROLON Chain Clean Spray every 2500–3000 km

• Clean with a nylon brush or soft cloth. Avoid steel wire brushes

• Do not clean with petrol, thinner, or hot water

• Avoid direct use of high-pressure water jets on seal ring chains

• Ensure chain slackness is maintained at a minimum of 1 inch

• Replace dampers during chain kit replacement for optimal performance
