Crash Bar Set SUZUKI V-STROM 800DE 2023-2024
The unique design of crash bars from SRC provides full protection of the upper and lower engine/body/chassis of the motorcycle
- Available electropolished 304 stainless steel silver or satin black powder coat steel
- Stout Stainless-Steel 1" (25mm) tube with 1/8" (3mm ) wall thickness and processed on state-of-the-art laser cutting machines, notching and bent on CNC pipe bending machines
- CNC Laser cut bracketry and mounts for a precise fit
- Welded using TIG process and shot blasted to remove all residual stresses
- The surface is electro-polished to improve appearance and remove any scratches
- Includes all hardware, bracketry, and sacrificial/replaceable slider guards made out of compression molded resin to give it strength and take the impact of a fall (They are easier and more economical to replace in the event of a drop)
