CRITERIA:

• Covers ViaTerra Riding Apparel for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required, unless the product has been registered for warranty.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper use.
• Fitment and comfort are subjective matters that are not covered under the warranty. The customer is strongly advised to carefully consider these factors before making a purchase and refer to the fitment instructions and video provided by ViaTerra.
• Fabric pilling, thinning, stretching, colour fading or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time,  degradation of plastic fittings, velcro, or leather due to environmental exposure (moisture, UV, sunlight, etc.).
• Zippers getting stuck due to dust, dirt, or lack of maintenance regular cleaning and lubrication are recommended.
• Avoid contact between the hard Velcro and fabric as this can cause fraying.
• Any incidental or consequential damage to person or property.
