CRITERIA:

• Covers ViaTerra gloves for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months for textile gloves and 12 months for leather/ hybrid gloves.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required, unless the product has been registered for warranty.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper use.
• Concerns related to fitment or comfort are subjective and not covered under warranty. We recommend reviewing our size guides and fitment videos prior to purchase.
• Fabric pilling, thinning, stretching, colour fading or degradation of plastic fittings, velcro, or leather due to regular use, sweat, heat or environmental exposure (moisture, UV, sunlight, etc.).
• Avoid contact between the hard Velcro and the glove fabric which can cause fraying - this does not affect the performance.
• Velcro becoming loose due to dust, dirt, or lack of maintenance regular wipe & clean is recommended.
• Any incidental or consequential damage to person or property.
